Monday 6th July   

Life skills – look at the different pictures of washing up. Sequence the pictures of how to do the washing up. Then write a sentence to go with each picture. Do the washing up at home.

 

Maths – make the clock using the template (Maths mon all).

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Cooking – make the shortbread biscuits.

 

Tuesday 7th July

Maths – Tell the time to o’clock on the worksheet (Tues maths all).

 

English – listen to the story of the Giant Jam Sandwich using the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-HjO3P_IXs

Discuss the story.

 

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Wednesday 8th July

Maths – tell the time to o’clock and half past on the worksheet (Wed maths all).

 

English – listen to the story of the Giant Jam sandwich using the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-HjO3P_IXs

Make a jam sandwich.

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Science – taste worksheet. Look at the worksheet and cut out he cards and then match them to the correct tastes.

 

Geography – look at the PowerPoint about Kenya and then colour the Kenyan flag.

 

Thursday 9th July

Maths – tell the time to o’clock, half past, quarter paste / to on the worksheet (Thurs maths all).

 

English – sequence how to make the jam sandwich using the worksheet (English lesson 3).  Write instructions to say how to make a jam sandwich.

 

Reading – read a book to an adult to listen to an adult read a book to you

 

Friday 10th July

English – sequence the life cycle of a bee (English lesson 4). 

 

Geography – look at the PowerPoint about Kenya and fill in the fact file.
