Maths – look at the 3D shape sheet and write how many faces, vertices and sides each shape has (Wednesday maths worksheet).

 

English – listen to the story of We’re Roaming in a Rainforest again (use the link above). Identify the rhyming words. Create a butterfly for the rainforest using the template (English Wednesday worksheet).

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Geography – labelling a map of the World with rainforests and continents.

 

Thursday 7th May

Maths – make the different 3D shape nets (Thursday maths cone, cuboid, cube, cylinder).

 

English – listen to the story of We’re Roaming in the Rainforest again using the link above. Name different animals that live in the Rainforest. Write a description of the toucan describing its colours, feathers, beak etc using the sheet (Thursday English worksheet).

 

Science – find things that are made of wood, plastic, fabric and metal. Do the properties of materials worksheet (science worksheet).
